Quarterly Bill drops from $800 to around $200

We had a 3kW system installed nearly 2 years ago. Our Quarterly bill before was nudging $800, now it has dropped back to around $200 per quarter. I do the cleaning on my panels at the change of each season for them to keep performing at their optimum efficiency.
